* MINI BUN FOR BURGER *
Here are the ingredients and the method of making a mini bun.

Put all the dry items inside the bowl with the flour.
after mix the dry items together, put the milk, water ,eggs,etc.
mix all together
Then, rest the dough about 15-20 minutes.
Form the dough into small ball
*Ready for baked at 180 degree celcius around 15-20 minutes*

*Sardine patties*
For this week we use 'Selar Kuning' fish because our kitchen management of kitchen
couldn't find fresh sardines fr us, so we should call our patties for this week
"Selar Kuning Patties"
Even though we didn't use the real sardines, but we still done with the patties.
First of all, we clean the fresh fish, and fillet that fish.
Then chopped it finely.
Below are the rest of the ingredient's that we use .
chopped garlic
chopped onion
pepper
salt & sugar
mix all the above ingredients with the chopped fish and season with pepper ,sugar and salt.
put all the chopped onion
mix together and make into patties form.
Fry in pan frying.
And here's the result !

*Vegetable Patties*
Regarding last week (our problem in doing this) , we make additional to the numbers of carrot.
Which is for this week we use 4nos of carrot and just 2nos of potato and we didn't put Parmesan cheese because when we put the cheese, it will ruined the taste of vegetable patties.

Here are the step that we did for making this patties.
Boil the potato and mashed the potato.
Then cut the carrot like a matches stick.
Mix all together with the flour.
Then breaded it with breadcrumb.
Form into patties form.
Breaded it with bread crumb.
Deep fry the patties, but then don't take a long time to fry because vegetable
takes just 1 to 3 minutes to fully cooked.
